Hair Accessories (Spider Clips, Satin Pillowcases, Lace Shears)

Eligible for return within 5 business days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and seals intact. Proof of purchase required. 

Hair Extensions (Bundles, Lace closures, Clip-in, Tape-ins, Wig-Units)

Eligible for exchange only within 5 business days of delivery.

Hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original sealed packaging. Broken or removed seals void eligibility. No refunds on hair extensions.
